At Pearl’s Puff Parlor, we want your experience to be as seamless as it is special. Every order is packed with care and sent off with a little love. Here’s what to expect with your order!

Shipping Rates
USA Orders
Free shipping on all USA orders over $100.
Orders under $100 will have shipping calculated at checkout. Priority and Express for USA orders are available.
International Orders (Canada, United Kingdom & Australia)
International shipping rates are calculated as flat rates at checkout and vary by destination and order contents.
Please note:
- Customs duties, VAT, GST, import fees, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
- Additional charges may apply depending on destination-country regulations.
International Shipping Rate Adjustments
Pearl’s Puff Parlor offers flat-rate international shipping whenever possible to keep checkout simple and predictable.
However, shipping costs may vary significantly depending on:
- Order size or weight
- Multiple-item purchases
- Oversized or fragile packaging requirements
- Remote delivery locations
- Carrier surcharges
- Insurance requirements
- Destination-country shipping costs
If actual shipping costs substantially exceed the flat-rate amount paid at checkout, Pearl’s Puff Parlor reserves the right to contact customers regarding additional shipping fees before shipment.
Customers may:
- Approve the additional shipping amount and proceed, or
- Cancel the order for a full refund prior to shipment.
Orders awaiting shipping approval for more than 5 business days may be cancelled at Pearl’s Puff Parlor’s discretion.
Processing Time
Orders are lovingly packed within 1–5 business days.
During sales, holidays, or high-volume periods, processing times may be extended slightly.
You’ll receive a tracking email as soon as your parcel begins its journey.
Estimated Delivery Times
USA: 5–7 business days
Canada: 7–21 business days
United Kingdom: approximately 7–21 business days
Australia: approximately 10–25 business days
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by customs processing, carrier delays, weather, labor disruptions, or destination-country procedures.
Note: Delivery times do not include processing time.
Customs, Duties & Import Fees
International customers are responsible for all applicable:
- Customs duties
- VAT / GST
- Import taxes
- Brokerage fees
- Other destination-country charges
Pearl’s Puff Parlor does not collect or prepay these fees unless otherwise stated.
If customs fees are refused or a package is abandoned, refused, or returned:
Any eligible refund may exclude:
- Original shipping charges
- Return shipping costs
- Customs fees
- Carrier charges
International Product Restrictions
Customers are responsible for ensuring purchased items may legally be imported into their country.
Pearl’s Puff Parlor offers decorative vintage smoking accessories and repurposed pieces intended for lawful use only.
Pearl’s Puff Parlor is not responsible for:
- Customs delays
- Import refusals
- Seized shipments
- Destroyed parcels
- Country-specific import restrictions
Packaging & Damages
Each item is securely wrapped with care to help ensure safe arrival.
Because many Pearl’s Puff Parlor pieces incorporate vintage and repurposed materials, natural age characteristics may occur and are not considered defects.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact pearl@pearlspuffparlor.com within 3 days of delivery and include:
- Order number
- Photos of packaging
- Photos of damage
- Shipping label image
Verified claims may qualify for a replacement (when available) or store credit.
Once It Leaves Our Hands
After your parcel is wrapped up and kissed goodbye, it enters the care of the shipping carrier.
Most packages arrive safely and right on time, but occasionally a treasure decides to take the scenic route.
Tracking marked Delivered is considered completed fulfillment.
Pearl’s Puff Parlor is not responsible for carrier delays, customs processing delays, delivery issues caused by incorrect addresses, or packages marked delivered.
If something seems truly unusual, please reach out and we’ll gladly do our best to help guide your parcel home.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
Pearl’s Puff Parlor is not responsible for:
- Incorrect addresses
- Failed deliveries
- Returned parcels due to customer error
- Reshipping costs caused by address issues
Returned packages may require additional postage before reshipment.
