What is Pearl’s Puff Parlor? 

The Parlor is a little corner of the internet where vintage glamour finds new life. We hunt down forgotten treasures, repurpose them with care, and offer them as one-of-one pieces for your collection. We promise elegance, nostalgia, and a sprinkle of magic in every design!

Orders & Restocks

Why does everything sell out so quickly? 

Because each piece is offered in limited quantities. Some are true one-offs, others may be part of a larger batch we’ve found but once they’re gone from the Parlor, we can’t guarantee they’ll return. That’s the charm of collecting! No two drops are ever quite the same. If something speaks to your heart, claim it before it slips away!

When do you restock? 

Fridays are our sparkle day! Most weeks, new treasures debut at 10AM CT. Sometimes it’s a full collection, other times it’s just a few gems. That’s the beautiful rhythm of vintage hunting! 

Can I get notified if something comes back? 

Yes! Tap the “Notify Me” button on any sold-out piece and we’ll send you a note if it reappears. 

Shipping 

Do you ship internationally? 

For now, the Parlor ships only within the USA and Canada. We’d love to expand in the future, but until then, thank you for your patience. 

How long does shipping take? 

Orders usually leave the Parlor within 3-5 business days. Once your piece is on its way, you’ll receive a tracking number to follow its journey home. 

Products & Safety 

Are all products vintage? 

Many are true vintage, carefully repurposed just for you. Because of their past lives, some may show gently signs of age - little whispers of history. We also offer vintage-inspired designs when inspiration calls. 

Are they safe to use? 

Each piece is lead-swab and black light tested and given a careful once-over before debut. Vintage always carries a hint of mystery, so please enjoy with care and at your own discretion.

Do you sell replacement bowls or stems? 

Yes, beloved! Replacements are $15 + shipping (includes both bowl and stem). Just email pearl@pearlspuffparlor.com with a photo or the name of your piece so we can match her properly. 

Policies

Can I return or exchange my order? 

All sales are final. These treasures are too unique (and personal-use) to accept back. Please read descriptions carefully before you commit. 

Do you ever do discounts or promos? 

On occasion, yes. The best way to be in the know is to join the newsletter or follow along on socials - that’s where we share first. 

Community 

Do you offer collaborations or partnerships? 

At this time, the Parlor isn’t taking on collaborations. We’re focused on collecting and sharing the collections with all of you. Do you offer wholesale?

Unfortunately we do not offer wholesale at this time. Our inventory is very limited due to our pieces being repurposed vintage items, so we typically only have one or two of a certain piece at a time. If we ever find ourselves with a surplus of inventory, we will make sure to reach out and see what we can do!
