At Pearl’s Puff Parlor, every piece is chosen for its unique charm. Many of our treasures are vintage or handcrafted, which means slight imperfections and variations are part of their story, not flaws. 

Because of this, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds/exchanges. Please read product descriptions carefully before purchasing. 

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 3 days of delivery by emailing pearl@pearlspuffparlor.com with: 

  • A detailed description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the damage

Once verified, we’ll work with you on a resolution, which may include a replacement (if available) or store credit. 

Policy Notes

  • We cannot accept claims made after 3 days of delivery
  • Availability of replacements depends on stock and product type.
